Join our team as an Administrative Assistant II at St. Cloud Hospital’s Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation department. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and secretarial support to the Director and department staff. Your responsibilities will include managing data, creating documents, maintaining spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes. Schedule:
- Full-time | 64 hours every 2 weeks.
- Monday-Friday | 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. | Flexible days off
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $19.42 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $19.42 - $29.14 per hour Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year at a minimum of clerical support experience required.
- Completion of a post-secondary secretarial program or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of PDF writer software is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills required.
- Basic math computation skills required.
