As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive orientation and education programs that equip staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional patient care. Educators, in collaboration with other leaders, are responsible for the development and coordination of the department quality improvement plan. The educator will provide direct input for staff development, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient and age-appropriate care.
Schedule
- Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks | Hospice & Home Health
- Various days Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $80,641.60 per year and increases with experience
- Salary range: $80,641.60 - $120,972.80 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing
- Current licensure as a RN in the state of MN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy
- A valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license
- A driving record in good standing, a vehicle available for work, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required per CentraCare policy Minimum of 1 year home care experience or knowledge of home care regulatory guidelines strongly preferred
