What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Prep Nutrition Services Associate position at St. Cloud Hospital?
As a Food Prep Nutrition Services Associate, you will assist the Chef in preparing and serving menu items, while performing various kitchen duties throughout the kitchen. You will adhere to Customer Service Standards, ensuring a positive experience for all. Your role will also involve supporting and implementing patient safety practices and other safety measures as needed. Additionally, you will demonstrate Family Centered Care principles in your interactions with patients, their families, and co-workers.
Schedule
- Full-time position | 72 hours every two weeks
- Days | Shifts of 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays required
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $16.44 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $13.65 - $20.48 per hour

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 years of institutional food service experience preferred.
- Good communication skills required.
- Must be able to follow written recipes.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
- A valid Minnesota driver’s license and a driving record in good standing may be required.
