Groundskeeper Lead | St. Cloud Hospital

Find your purpose as the Groundskeeper Lead at CentraCare! The Groundskeeper Lead is responsible for repair and maintenance of private roadways, parking lots / ramps, sidewalks, lawn and grounds areas, grounds and snow removal equipment and lawn irrigation systems. Manages and participates in winter snow and ice removal activities. Leads crews year-round to perform duties in the areas noted. If low workload in outdoor activities complete maintenance activities inside facilities as directed by the coordinators.

Schedule:

• Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
• Typically Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p
• Occasional night or weekend may be required for snow removal

Pay and Benefits:

• This is a union position paying $26.84/hr

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years Minimum of practical experience.
• DOT Health Card Issued by the Employee Health Services Department at the St. Cloud Hospital.
• Experience with lawn irrigation systems, concrete and asphalt repairs and project management.
• Technical knowledge of duties and responsibilities through schooling or practical experience.
• Driver's license and a driving record in good standing.
• Work a full day outside in severely cold weather or hot humid summer weather.
• Called in for extra night hours for snow and ice removal.
