What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Nurse | Clinical Electrophysiology position at St. Cloud Hospital?
CentraCare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Practice Nurse to join our Clinical Electrophysiology team. In this role you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures, including pre-and post-procedure care, patient education and follow-up. This position will be primarily working as a triage nurse but will be trained in working directly with a physician and APP in order to cover available shifts throughout the department.
Current openings:
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
- Days | 8am-4:30pm
- No weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.33 per hour
- Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
- Master’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
- Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour

Qualifications:
- Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred
- BSN required within three (3) years
- Current Minnesota RN license required.
- 1 year of recent cardiology work (i.e., critical care nursing, heart catheterization, emergency room) required.
- 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular disease program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required.
- Sufficient knowledge to recognize abnormal laboratory data and other diagnostic testing results necessitating reporting to physicians required.
- A valid Minnesota class D driver’s license and a vehicle available for work, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required.
