JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting internal and external communications initiatives which further the St. Croix Hospice mission of delivering the highest quality hospice care to patients, families, and caregivers. This position will focus on graphic design, social media, and websites.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Execute graphic design of all branded materials
- Develop and execute external and internal communication campaigns
- Manage social media and website content including timely updates and SEO, as well as developing and implementing campaigns, content, and graphics
- Write, edit and design print collateral materials
- Support events and presentations including annual meetings, trade shows and corporate meetings
- Maintain understanding of marketing communications trends, strategies and best practices
- Create and distribution public relations and advertising materials
- Support the development of Marketing Communications Department messaging, guidelines, goals, objectives, tactics/actions, timelines, and budgets
- Assist in the management of branding requirements and guidelines across the organization
- Create and execute all projects with respect for patient and employee privacy and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or related field with 1-3 years’ experience
- Graphic design experience
- Experience creating and managing social media and website content
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication, design, editing and copywriting skills
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with coworkers, partners, and vendors
- Event management experience a plus
Salary : $23 - $26
