The Utility Team Member at Saint Croix National is the backbone of the new culinary program launching in May 2023 open all year round. With a commitment to excellence and consistent execution as SCN dramatically expands its food and beverage programs.
At the core of the expectations for this role are a solid foundation in kitchen and restaurant maintenance - including a commitment to safety and consistency. This candidate will set high standards to grow their skills in a holistic way throughout the season.
Candidates must have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a team, and have a commitment to customer service. We're looking for individuals who are able to multi-task effectively and can quickly and accurately follow directions.

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
Handwash & dishwasher use to clean all dishes
Maintaining order and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
Keep parking lot free of trash and debris
Keep bathrooms fresh and clean
At times helping with the culinary team
Handle general maintenance on restaurant equipment
Helps FOH staff keep windows clean in the dining room
