FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR POOL & HOT TUB COMPANY
We are looking for a friendly, positive, and outgoing personality to help us provide superior customer service to our clients. No experience in the pool or hot tub industry is required, however, applicants with previous customer-facing positions or phone service are encouraged to apply.
Our CSR Position Duties Include:
- Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, email, social media inquiries, and review site messages.
- Schedule service calls for our technicians
- Accurately adding customer information in our Service Titan CRM software
- Route nonservice job phone calls to the appropriate team member.
- Make appointment confirmation calls.
- Make follow-up “Happy Calls” to ensure a great customer experience once a job has been completed.

HOURS: 9AM TO 5PM (7am to 3pm also available)
Job Type: Full-time Seasonal April - October with year round potential
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
