No experience? No problem! We provide a paid, structured training program, designed to take you from a beginner to a skilled level 1 pool technician in just 6-8 weeks.
What You’ll Do:
- Open and close residential swimming pools.
- Perform routine maintenance, including water chemistry balancing and equipment checks.
- Troubleshoot basic pool system issues.
- Install, clean, and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations

Compensation is hourly plus performance pay. $22-$30 an hour based on experience.
