Job Objective:
As the Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator, your primary goal is to oversee the accuracy and efficiency of all warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management and the orderly flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory for retail and service sectors, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Lightspeed and ServiceTitan software.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily replenishment and cycle counts, and manage stock transfers.
- Collaborate with service and retail managers for specific departmental needs.
- Oversee and ensure best practices among warehouse staff, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Handle purchasing of shipping supplies and execute packaging and shipment of online orders.
- Implement quality control measures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Expectations:
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of received and shipped goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with a systematic approach to inventory location and management.
- Proactively manage inventory levels and stock locations to prevent any operational delays.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse management or inventory coordination.
- Proficiency in inventory management software such as Lightspeed and ServiceTitan.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
