Supervisor of Children's Mental Health Case Management
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $70,106 - $77,896 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible for full-time staff, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Location: Minneapolis - Nicollet Mall and periodic community-based visits with Case Managers
Program Summary
St. David's Children's Mental Health Case Management partners with families of children experiencing mental health challenges to support them in assessing their child's needs, planning, and accessing services and community resources on an individualized basis. The Supervisor position offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative supervision and clinical guidance to children's mental health case managers. This position offers the opportunity to be supervised by a professional in the field with over a decade of experience leading case management. As part of this role, you would be supervising a dedicated team, many of whom have 3 years or more of experience.

Position Overview
- Providing administrative supervision and clinical guidance to Case Management staff as outlined by statutes, payer specific requirements, and agency policies, including completing related documentation and billing per state statutes and county contract expectation
- Evaluating supervisee performance and providing administrative oversight in conjunction with the CMHCM Program Director
- Completing diagnostic assessments on potential case management clients to determine eligibility and recommendations for services.
- Driving is an essential function of the position
Job Qualifications
Education - Master's degree with full clinical licensure and able to be credentialed with 3rd party payers including Medical Assistance
Experience
- 5 years of experience providing clinical services and diagnostic assessments for children from diverse backgrounds with mental health disorders
- Strong skills in professional detailed documentation in electronic health records, and with using Word and Excel spreadsheets
- Familiarity with family systems, child development, developmental psychopathology, attachment theory, developmental disabilities, child abuse, neglect, and trauma, DSM V TR diagnostic categories and strategies for supporting families at risk. Experience with autism preferred.
- Ability to (experience preferred) provide reflective supervision promoting staff development, facilitate staff group discussions, and professionally engage in program outreach activities
