Part Time Maintenance Technician

Position Title:

Maintenance Tech I - Part-Time

Compensation (Pay/Benefits) The pay range for this position starts at $17.88-$19.87 per hour, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This position is not benefits eligible.

Schedule:

Part-time position working from 6:30am-9:30am Monday-Friday.

Location:

On-site at Minnetonka location (3395 Plymouth Rd, Minnetonka, MN 55305). No hybrid or remote work options.

Position Overview:

Open the building and perform basic maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance, landscaping duties, and general system checks. Ensure and support the effective and efficient operations of the Minnetonka St. David's building and grounds in collaboration with the Facilities Team with a focus on cleanliness, safety and preventative maintenance. Maintenance of rooms includes checking, cleaning, repairing, or recording needed repair work in the areas of walls, floors, ceilings, light electrical, light plumbing, doors and door hardware, windows and screens, restroom fixtures, wood furniture, and dispensers.

Job Qualifications:

Education

Trade school a plus

High School or GED not required

Experience

2-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience or equivalent
