Compensation
Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $76,644 - $90,270. This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Position Overview:
The program director is responsible for the leadership and ongoing development of the East- African and Latino Responsive Autism Day Treatment Program. The position responsibilities include providing vision to the program, evaluating the program model, ensuring financial stability and viability through budget development, oversight, and management, and responding to the changing needs in the community. The position also provides supervision and support for the day-to-day operation of the Autism Day Treatment (ADT) program and manages and monitors program goals, policy and procedures and outcomes. The director also provides mental health therapy and day treatment services in the autism day treatment program as a substitute and in support and consultation to staff.
The position also requires providing and coordinating assessments for diagnostics, program placement and development of base-line treatment planning. The program director also represents the agency to the community and manages referral relationships, agency key relationships and client/family relationships. The position requires a high level of abstract thinking to articulate and put into practice program vision. It requires the ability to work independently and to develop and maintain relationship across agency programs, balancing program needs and agency goals and objectives. This position also involves a high level of clinical expertise and understanding of Autism; assessment skills for diagnosing and treating Autism; and a clear understanding of operationalizing best practices within the program framework.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work required.
Certification/Licenses:
LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Board approved supervisor status required. Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance entities.
Experience:
5 years of providing mental health therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders (Required) Clinical/peer supervisory experience (Required)Clinical assessment experience in Autism, including competence in standardized testing (Required
