one year able to conduct Interventional assistance (RCIS, RCES, or RT license) BLS & ACLS certification Schedule Information Shift : Days- 6 : 45a-3 : 15p- Monday through Friday (Open to for 4 x10’s if difficult to fill 8 hr shifts) Variable call shifts (1-2 call shifts per week) Variable call shifts (1 weekend) Unit Specific Information Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Additional Details Unit Profiles : The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Data Collection : Unit Information : SDMC Cath Lab Number of Beds -2 Cath Labs Number of Staff – 7 teammates Patient Ratios – 1 : 1 Type of equipment – Philips Xper FD20 and FD10, Shockwave, Penumbra, etc. EMR – PAC’s Merge and Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Available?
