This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse with 1-3 years of experience in providing high-quality patient care. As a Medical Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care that addresses the unique needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient requirements
- Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet individual patient needs
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Current certification from the American Heart Association as a BLS Healthcare Provider
- Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) preferred
