Rehabilitation Registered Nurse PRN Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with 1-3 years of experience in providing high-quality patient care. As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse PRN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough and accurate nursing assessments to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual patient needs
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Current certification from the American Heart Association as a BLS Healthcare Provider
- Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) preferred
