Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role.

Job Description :

Work in a new opening unit with 32 beds and a focus on delivering quality care.

Manage patient ratios of 5 : 1 during day shift and 6 : 1 during night shift.

Utilize equipment like bladder scanners, vital sign machines, telemetry, and lifts.

Operate using the Meditech EMR system.

Engage with travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters as part of the staffing mix.

Have an open mindset for feedback and demonstrate an owner mentality.

Wear navy blue scrubs with the organization's logo.

Possibility to engage in activities and events of the unit, such as recognition awards and competitions.

Opportunities to work with new equipment and technology in a competitive market environment.

This role does not require on-call duties, but does require four weekend shifts per month. Candidates with three years or more of nursing experience will be given preference. The ideal personality fit includes openness to feedback and an ownership mentality.
