Intermediate Care Registered Nurse PRN
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Intermediate Care Registered Nurse PRN to join our team at David's North Austin Medical Center.
About the Role
This is a PRN position, which means you will work variable shifts on an as-needed basis. As an Intermediate Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our IMC unit, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and education
- Administer medications and treatments according to hospital policy
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in an acute care setting – preferred
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
