Job Summary:
Qualified Candidates:
- Joining four primary care physicians
- Outpatient-only clinic, Monday – Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM
- Certified Nurse Practitioner from accredited program
- 2 yrs. experience preferred
- Comfortable seeing ages two years old and up
- Family medicine preferred, though those with an internal medicine or urgent care background will be considered
- Will see patients independently in the clinic, performing annual wellness exams, consults, follow-up visits for most acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions
