As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing a plan of care, and implementing and evaluating care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients and formulate a plan of care, revise the plan based on the patient's response to treatment, and regularly evaluate the plan for effectiveness.
You will also consult and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, evaluate, and revise the plan of care to meet the patient's needs and goals. Additionally, you will administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy, delegate work appropriately to non-licensed staff, and provide pre- and post-operative patient care.

Requirements for this role include 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, and a current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License.
Additionally, you must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months. NIH Stroke Certification is also required within 6 months.
