Responsibilities and Qualifications
Key responsibilities and qualifications for this role include:
- Providing healthcare services using radionuclides to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
- Performing nuclear medicine procedures and related techniques.
- Maintaining a demeanor complementary to medical ethics.
- Registry in Nuclear Medicine from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Associate Degree from an AMA-approved program for Radiologic Technology and/or Nuclear Medicine.
