Compensation

Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $19.16- $21.29/hr. This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Schedule:

· Schedule will be both flexible and coordinated in conjunction with organizational needs.

· 40 hours. 8am-4pm; flexibility to work one night a week until 6pm occasionally

Position Overview:

This position will provide support in the day-to-day operation of our Minneapolis day treatment programs and pediatric therapy program. Responsible for a wide range of support and assistance tasks within all program areas that supports the overall success of the program. Responsibilities include maintenance and organization of safe, clean and organized treatment space, supporting clients in treatment rooms when needed, and overall general assistance to therapy staff as needed

Job Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma: BA preferred

Experience:

Background in administrative work (preferred); 1-2 years working with preschool aged children

Knowledge: Computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)

Skills: Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, patience, flexibility, creativity, resourcefulness, ability to take direction as well as work independently, good communication and writing skills, conflict-resolution, cultural competence, and ability to collaborate and work as a team member.
