The pay range for these positions starts at $76,644 - $90,270 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Program Summary:
Oversee Pediatric Therapies and supervision components consistent with ethical best practices and St. David's Center mission, vision and values which results in excellent services
Position Overview:
Contribute to annual strategy development and execute specific strategies for Pediatric Therapies; Provide leadership and oversight to the development and management of the Pediatric Therapies budget; Serve as the leader with a strong working knowledge of state and national trends, regulations and certifications which govern services

Job Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in an outpatient rehabilitation service.
Experience: 5 years of successful clinical leadership experience, including provision of clinical supervision; leadership of teams; program development; and oversight of clinic and community-based programs.
