Position Title: Program Supervisor Autism Day Treatment Minneapolis
Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $73,999 - $81,788 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Program Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor for Autism Day Treatment provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff, interns, and the multi-disciplinary day treatment team. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for the provision of clinical services to clients and families.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Social Work is required
Certification/Licenses:
- Preferred LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance entities.
Experience:
- Preferred 4- 5 years post-Masters experience required, with supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
