Additional Details
AHA or ARC only
Must be current within a year prior to start with passing score of 80% or higher. Updated Annually.
Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted.
Must be one of the 3 mask fit types. N95- 3M 1860, 1860s or 1870 . Must be completed within 1 year prior to start. Updated annually.
Proof of negative Blood test or Skin test as described below. - QuantiFERON Blood Test within one year prior to start OR 2-Step TB Skin Test 1 within 30 days and the other within 1 year.
