Nursing only, within 30 days of start Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Additional Details AHA or ARC only Must be current within a year prior to start with passing score of 80% or higher. Updated Annually. Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted. Must be one of the 3 mask fit types. N95- 3M 1860, 1860s or 1870. Must be completed within 1 year prior to start. Updated annually.
