What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imaging Assistant PRN - Heart Hospital position at St Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital?
The Imaging Assistant performs variety of administrative duties including but not limited to computer work, telephone communication, faxing reports, facilitating supply requisitions and processing medical records and documenting therein as appropriate. Performs a variety of clinical responsibilities include escorting patients to and from dressing areas, assisting with positioning of patients for exams as needed, stocking supplies in exam room, film printing, matching films and hanging films. Relies on established guidelines to accomplish tasks. Works under close supervision.
