What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Patient Access - Call Center position at St Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital?
The PSC Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance to the PSC Patient Access Representatives, expediting patient flow, and managing all PSC access points, including but not limited to referrals, phones and registration. Also supervises the scheduling of patient and assists with related process workflows. Communicates with other departments and management to expedite the admission process and to ensure high quality service for patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish responsibilities, while creativity is expected to perform job, and leads and directs the work of others.
