Full-time Medical Driver (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (80hrs biweekly)

Essential Job Functions 

• To provide transportation to and from medical appointments in a company issued vehicle.
• Provides transportation for outings required for children and/or staff.
• Inspect vehicles for safety defects and/or other malfunctions and report immediately.
• Assist the medical/nursing liaison in the transfer, transport and child support during hospital and medical facility trips.
• Non-resident driving assignments as required by facility needs.
• Weekly checks of fuel, oil, antifreeze, and battery in all vehicles.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all vehicles.
• Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 10lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Must be a licensed driver for at least 5 years, at least 21 years of age and have a clean driving record.
• Prior transportation and/or fleet management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
