Position Description: The Executive Campaign Director will lead and execute a multi-year, high-impact fundraising initiative to support St. Edward’s strategic goals. This individual will work with the VP of Institutional Advancement to develop and implement a comprehensive endowment and capital campaign plan, cultivate donor relationships, and drive fundraising efforts to achieve ambitious financial targets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in major gift fundraising, campaign strategy, and nonprofit leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic endowment and capital campaign plan, including goal setting, timeline, and donor engagement strategies.
- Lead the campaign’s fundraising efforts, focusing on leadership-level gifts, corporate sponsorships, foundation grants, and planned giving.
- Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with key donors, community leaders, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the school President, Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Board of Trustees, and campaign leadership committee to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities.
- Oversee campaign communications, including case statements, donor materials, and public relations initiatives.
- Engage and coordinate campaign volunteers, ensuring effective participation in fundraising activities.
- Monitor and report campaign progress, providing updates to leadership, donors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing major gifts and leading successful fundraising campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire donors.
- Experience with donor management systems Raiser’s Edge is a plus
- Passion for Catholic education and the Holy Cross mission of St. Edward High School.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary for donor engagement and event participation.
