St. Edward's University, a nationally ranked, independent Catholic university and Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, beginning August 2025. The successful candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate courses across the Management curriculum; maintain an active, high quality research program leading to refereed publications in the discipline; develop new courses and curriculum as needed; provide academic advising and mentoring for undergraduate students; interact with the business and non-profit communities to develop experiential learning opportunities for students; serve on committees at the department, school, and university levels; and fulfill other required faculty responsibilities as outlined in the St. Edward's University Faculty Manual.

For consideration, applicants must have the following credentials:
- Ph.D. or D.B.A. with a specialization in Management or a related field completed by August, 2025. We prefer degrees from AACSB-accredited business programs.
- A demonstrated record or strong potential for scholarship in high quality peer-reviewed journals.
- Evidence of excellent teaching potential.
- Expertise and interests in teaching courses in two or more of the following areas: strategic management, social responsibility of business, innovation management, diversity management, organizational behavior, and human resource management at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- A collegial, team player who can work effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
Essential Responsibilities Include: Candidates should have the interest and ability or potential to teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses and support a diverse student body.
- Fulfill teaching requirements: 4/3 teaching load- total of 7 classes per academic year.
- Maintain an active, high quality research program leading to referred publications in the discipline.
- Interact with local, regional, national, and international business and non-profit communities to develop experiential learning opportunities for students.
- Develop impactful new courses and curriculum as needed.
- Provide academic advising and mentoring for undergraduate students.
- Act collegially and build positive relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
- Meet School and University service requirements as outlined in St. Edward's University Faculty Manual.
- Other duties as assigned
