- Direct nursing care to patients and families

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state where work is performed
- Two years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in a cardiac stepdown unit
- A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (or completion within two years)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
