Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in preparing for exams, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Position patients accurately and comfortably on examination tables, using knowledge of anatomy and positioning techniques.
- Operate imaging equipment, adjusting settings and parameters as needed to achieve optimal image quality.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to radiologists or other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current registration as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- CPR certification and/or BLS certification.
