Responsibilities:
- Trend Spotting and Strategy Support: Observe and report on industry trends, helping our organization plan and execute effective business strategies.
- Market Growth: Assist in maintaining and expanding our market share, identifying new business opportunities to support our growth.
- Relationship Builder: Develop and nurture influential relationships with key customer sources such as long-term care facilities, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Client Coordination: Meet with patients and caregivers to coordinate services, ensuring a smooth transition to home or assisted living environments.
- Professional Representation: Effectively present and discuss our products and services, projecting our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer understanding.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; one year of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, discharge planners, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong influencing abilities and emotional self-awareness to foster trust and rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated competencies in adaptability, innovation, and a drive to achieve goals.
- Office personal computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Pay Range
$15.62 - $21.47 /hour
Salary : $16 - $21
