Certification Details BLS PALS Job Details Job Summary : Nursing position in Med / Surg / Tele unit at St Elizabeth Hospital, Enumclaw, WA. Unit Details : 23 beds (19 med-surg, 4 PCU / ICU). Patient Ratios : Med-Surg Team Nursing Model 1 RN, 1 LPN, 1 CNA for 9-10 patients; PCU 1 RN for 3-4 patients; ICU 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 patients. Job Requirements Required Certifications : BLS, PALS (facility will assist with PALS class). Experience : Must have BLS certification. Schedule Information Day shift : 6am-6 : 30pm Night shift : 6pm-6 : 30am Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend; Nights : Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Days : Saturday, Sunday. Holiday Requirement : Rotate with permanent staff. Unit Specific Information Unit / Department specific orientation : 3-4 shifts Charge Nurse and / or Hospital Resource Nurse (HRN) on every shift. Additional Details Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able to re-add that back in. Floating Requirements : May be asked to float to support ICU RNs with direct patient care tasks as needed.
