- Some On-Call Shifts

Your Job Duties & Responsibilities WILL Include:
- Assist DON in organizing, developing, & directing the overall operation of our Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure all team members are adhering to the facility's dedication to promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
- Direct the nursing department as well as its programs & activities.
- Ensure all nursing personnel are in compliance w/ their respective job descriptions.
- Determine staffing needs & ensuring that a sufficient number of staff are available for all shifts.
- Work w/ all staff on the floor when needed.
- Attend All Meetings set forth by DON, Administrator and/or Nurse Consultant.
- Maintain a Professional Demeanor At All Times w/ Doctors, Clinics & other professionals.
- Clear Communication w/ all department managers.
