Your Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all team members are adhering to the facility's dedication to promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
- Maintain the flow of the hall in a respectful, professional manner for both the team members and the residents.
- Maintain complete and accurate charting.
- Assist the CNAs with direct care.
- Attend all meetings set forth by the Director of Nursing, Administrator and/or Nurse Consultant.
- Maintain a Professional demeanor with Doctors, Clinics and other professionals.
- Establish & Maintain Clear communication with all department managers.
