This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Team Member located in Bel Air, MD. The HR Team Member will be responsible for various human resources tasks, including recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, addressing employee inquiries, supporting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
