Who YOU Are And What YOU Can Become
The Inventory Cycle Counter performs daily, weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts and reports information to the Reconciliation Team and Inventory Control Manager. Will work with Reconcilers to verify quantity, location and part numbers match. The Cycle Counter is mainly responsible for safely and efficiently perform daily inventory cycle counts, participate in physical reconciliation and to confirm inventory and count discrepancies.
What YOU will do
High School Diploma required. Minimum 2 years of detail-oriented experience preferred in warehouse inventory control, preferably in the aerospace industry, inventory reconciliation and continuous improvement projects.
Desired Characteristics
Estimate salary range for this role: $25 to $30 per hour. Overtime eligible role. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.

What YOU will do
- Perform work safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Adherence to Cycle Count procedures
- Perform Cycle counts and inventory sensitive functions
- Meet performance metrics on a daily, weekly basis
- Warehouse "project" assistance
- Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
- Work independently and as a member of a team
- Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
- Works independently in a fast pace, rapid changing environment and replenishes materials.
- Works hand in hand with the Warehouse Management to communicate process opportunities and take corrective actions or remedies.
- Requires extreme attention to detail

- Experience in time management, organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work up to 8 hours on weekdays and overtime when required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic Math Skills, knowledge in basic SAP or WMS systems including handheld scanners, basic MS office.
- Ability to be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push and /or pull up to 30 lbs.
- Requires extreme attention to detail.
