Responsibilities
Respond to Customer Inquiries : Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with product questions, service inquiries, and issue resolution.Issue Resolution : Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of products or services to offer accurate and up-to-date information to customers.Order Assistance : Assist customers with placing, processing, modifying, or tracking orders and managing returns or exchanges.Escalation Handling : Identify when an issue requires escalation to higher management and ensure it is done promptly.Record Keeping : Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and complete records.Follow-up : Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solution.Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from customers and pass it along to management for improving service quality.Maintain Professionalism : Ensure all communications are conducted in a polite, respectful, and professional manner.Qualifications
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear, friendly manner.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to resolve customer complaints or inquiries.Customer-Oriented : A positive, customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.Experience : Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM software, call center technology, or other relevant tools is an advantage.High School Diploma or Equivalent : A minimum educational requirement.We are looking forward to receiving your application. Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.00 - $30.00 / hour.
