St. Francis Animal Hospital is a small, privately-owned practice in Brooklyn, NY. We are a small, close-knit team of people who love animals and people. We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team!
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for welcoming them in and out of our practice. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with clients, doctors, and other staff members in a friendly, professional manner. You should be able to ask questions about procedures or medical conditions and schedule appointments. If you are patient, reliable, and detail-oriented, we would like to meet you.

Duties: Receptionist duties include greeting patients, checking patients in/out, taking payments, scheduling appointments, answering phones, scanning documents into patient records, answering general questions about procedures or medical conditions. Other duties include cleaning and maintaining reception areas. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
