Supervisor of Position: Willaim Dial, Custodian Supervisor
Qualifications: Special class 'C' Boiler's License or must obtain within 6 months of hire; requires the ability to stand/walk for extended period of time; push/pull while lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and building staff.
Summary of Duties: Knowledge and experience in modern cleaning procedures and practices including floor care, restroom cleanliness and other general areas; ability to do light repair and maintenance tasks (repair of desks, chairs, and other furniture, replacement of bulbs, etc). Must be available for some weekend hours as assigned.
Positions 1,020 hours or more per year are benefit eligible
