We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development in accordance with early childhood education standards.
- Maintain effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate educational programs and events.
- Provide first aid as necessary and maintain a safe environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- A background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with special education needs is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Previous experience as a nanny or caregiver is advantageous.
