Description
The Maintenance Scheduler organizes all documentation relative to the function of the Facility Services department and the Safety Committee. Responsible for the storage of documents in a library format for easy retrieval. Maintains the preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance work order systems for the all St. Francis facilities.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required
X Successful completion of two (2) year certificate program in maintenance X Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Licenses:
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must provide MVR and meet organizational insurance requirements
