Under the direct supervision of licensed nursing personnel, performs a variety of routine duties to assist the nurses in the delivery of patient care. Processes and maintains reusable endoscopy supplies and equipment in accordance with department and Hospital policies and procedures.

Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required

Certifications:
X Basic Life Support (BLS)
Required Skills
Licenses:
Certified Nursing Assistant, Certification as an Endoscopy Technician (CET), Advanced Certification as an Endoscopy Technician (ACET), or Completion of a Surgical Tech program preferred
Minimum Work Experience
One (1) year experience in hospital or nursing home required.
