In addition to staff nurse duties, this position is responsible for coordinating supply procurement and patient billing for the Operating Room (OR-specialty area). Coordinate with Materials Management and other supply houses to procure and charge supplies, instruments, and specialized products or equipment used in the operations of the OR.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Associates degree in Nursing X Required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing X Preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi state/compact RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
Minimum Work Experience
- Must have six (6) months of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a direct patient care setting
Required Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
