Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote language acquisition and retention.
• Provide instruction in Lakota language and culture to middle school students.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
