We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of GATE K-5 Leadership at St. Francis Indian School, also known as Sicangu Oyate Ho Inc., located in St. Francis, SD. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to students in the GATE K-5 program
- Develop and implement engaging and educational curriculum
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching experience in a K-5 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
- Understanding of Native American culture and traditions (preferred)
