Responsibilities
The working manager is responsible for providing supervision to the social workers, i.e. LCSW, ASW. Assist the Case Management Manager/Director in quality assurance and program development tasks for social services. To provide support to the social workers in the areas of crisis intervention and counseling; information and referral; referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families with problems thar are related to hospitalization, illness, disability or trauma in all clinical areas. To ensure the psychosocial assessment and consults are complete and timely and ensuring the social workers are a part of the multidisciplinary team. To provide oversight for the necessary documentation and maintaining clinical records for the duration of the patient stay.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work related field OR
- Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Current state license required upon hire and maintain current.
- Completion of criteria to provide supervision to ASW per State Regulatory Board.
- Minimum of one (1) year hospital or Outpatient experience as an LCSW
- Experience in working with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.).
- One (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current preferred.
Salary : $103,917 - $139,838
