Part-Time Driver wanted for a senior living community two non-consecutive days a week to drive seniors to appointments and an occasional outing. Must be responsible, dependable, mature and have a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check and have a chauffeur's license or CDL with proper endorsement.
As a Driver at St. Francis Villa Assisted Living, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to various appointments and activities. This role is vital in ensuring our residents enjoy a high quality of life through reliable and compassionate transportation services.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities as scheduled.
- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine checks.
- Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding transportation needs and schedules.
- Assist residents with mobility aids or personal belongings as needed during transport.
- Foster a friendly and supportive environment for residents during their travel.
